Grace to Grow Foundation – Donation Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Grace to Grow Empowerment Foundation donation platform. By completing your donation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Discretionary Allocations
You acknowledge that your contribution is a general donation. While the Grace to Grow Foundation makes every effort to apply funds toward our core pillars—including youth education, nutritional support, and women’s economic empowerment—the Foundation retains ultimate authority and sole discretion to allocate these funds across our programs where the need is most urgent.
2. Voluntary and Non-Refundable
All donations are made voluntarily and without expectation of any commercial return, goods, or services. Because these funds are immediately deployed to support ongoing community initiatives and operational costs, all donations are final and non-refundable.
3. Payment Processing and Security
Donations are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. The Grace to Grow Foundation does not store your full credit/debit card details or sensitive banking credentials. We are not liable for any technical errors, unauthorized transactions, or security breaches that occur on the side of the third-party payment processor.
4. Use of Personal Information
By donating, you consent to the collection and use of your basic personal data (such as your name, email address, and transaction amount) to process your payment, issue donation receipts, and provide future updates on our impact. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
5. Local Regulations (Nigeria)
The Grace to Grow Foundation is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) in Nigeria. Donors are entirely responsible for determining the tax deductibility or legal implications of their donation based on the local laws of their respective countries of residence.
